Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the date your order is delivered. Orange Moon Records must be notified via email or post no later than 14 days after the goods were received at the delivery address provided on the order.

We will provide you with a returns number and details of where to send the item(s).

All returns made are at your own cost.

How to return goods

Goods must be returned by post or courier to our business address:

For us to process your return the following criteria must be met:

  • The item and its packaging (the sleeve) are in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The returns number (or original delivery note) is included, or clearly marked on the outer wrapping.
  • The parcel is well wrapped and protected.
  • The address is clear and easy to read.

How long do I have to send my returned goods

Goods must be returned to our business address within 14 days of receiving your returns number.

Returning damaged goods

Your order should reach you in condition stated on the listing. If your product reaches you damaged in any way other than what is detailed in the product information please contact us by email and provide us images of the damage to your order. If your record is warped on has issues with playback please send us a video of the record being played and showing the condition of the stylus so we can assess the cause.

We’ll refund or replace any product damaged in the delivery process.

What if you send me the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong record please do not open it. We will not fully refund new records sent in error that have been removed from their plastic outer packaging.

If we send you the wrong item in error please contact us within 14 days. We’ll then send you the correct product, or if that is not possible, we’ll refund you.
