2020 Remaster of Jamie XX’s 2015 album, In Colour. With some of his biggest tracks “Gosh”, “Sleep Sound”, “Loud Places” and “I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times)” this album takes you on an emotional journey. With the mix between chaotic dance floor heaters and low-fi resonating rhythms to get you right in the feels, this album is especially good in a music festival environment (I definitely feel like it is the narrative Jamie XX is creating with this record). Essential summer listening for anyone looking to put a record on on a sunny day.
