Boy in Da Corner

“Boy in Da Corner” is the debut album from english rapper and producer Dizzee Rascal. This album was largely self-produced by the rapper himself at the age of 17 (two years after he self-produced his first single “I Luv U”). Boy in Da Corner was a pivotal moment for the UK grime scene, with this record playing as a huge contributor to putting the genre back of the map (after what could be described as a considerable dry spell). Dizzee swooped the Mercury music prize in 2003 for this album and has since achieved many years of massive commercial success.
